BEDDINGTON THEATRE RENTAL INTAKE FORM

The following form is required no later than 30 days prior to the expected LOAD IN date for any incoming theatre organization.

This form will act as a request for approval and should not be considered approved until the organization receives the approval document from the Beddington Theatre Arts Centre.
